How can I place an order?
Start with a call to 847-869-2257 — once your account is established you can order directly with your Account Executive, and online ordering is coming soon.
Can you send me your price list?
Price lists are available to account holders. Call 847-869-2257 to get set up — it only takes a few minutes.

Are there any minimum order requirements?
Our minimums are flexible — discuss what works for your business with your Account Executive.
How can I see what inventory is available?
Registered customers see real-time availability online, 24/7, up to 6–9 months ahead.
How far ahead can I place my order?
Price lists are published up to 9 months ahead. Ordering early is the best way to secure the quantities you need.
Delivery & Pickup
What is your delivery area?
Live plants (spring, summer, fall) deliver within one business day across Chicagoland and southeast Wisconsin. Winter and non-perishable items ship as far west as Colorado, south to Arkansas, and east to Pennsylvania.
Do you deliver to jobsites?
Yes — multiple shipping addresses can be entered at the purchase-order level, so material lands where your crew needs it.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, with a $500 minimum. Pickup is at our Northbrook facility, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Saturday pickup (7:00 – 11:00 AM) runs during peak months: April, May, June, November, December
