Call us at 847-869-2257. Our Customer Service team gathers your initial information, and an Account Executive follows up to get your wholesale account set up.
How can I place an order?
Start with a call to 847-869-2257 — once your account is established you can order directly with your Account Executive or enter your order using our ecommerce system.
Can you send me your price list?
Price lists are available to account holders. Call 847-869-2257 to get set up — it only takes a few minutes.

Ordering & Inventory
How can I see what inventory is available?
Registered customers see real-time availability online, 24/7, up to 6 months ahead.
How far ahead can I place my order?
Price lists are published 6 months prior to each selling season. Ordering early is the best way to secure the quantities you need.
Delivery & Pickup
What is your delivery area?
Live plants (spring, summer, fall) deliver within one business day across Chicagoland and southeast Wisconsin. Winter and non-perishable items ship as far west as Colorado, south to Arkansas, and east to Pennsylvania.
Do you deliver to job sites?
Yes — shipping addresses can be entered at the purchase-order level.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, with a $1000 minimum. Pickup is at our Northbrook facility, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
