Job Qualifications
Growers: Full time positions that may require work from either our Evanston or Lake Villa locations.
The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in the horticultural field

Thorough knowledge of annual flowers

A degree in Horticulture is preferred but not necessary

Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Bi-lingual in Spanish is desirable
Account Manager: Full time position at our Evanston location.
The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in sales

Strong interpersonal and organization skills

Industry experience, prefer in business to business relationships

Competence in Microsoft office programs
Drivers: Seasonal positions from our Evanston location.
The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience driving 20' - 26' straight trucks

C License

Accident free and safe driving record

Experience using GPS systems

Physical ability to push plant racks, load and unload vehicles

Ability to work on Saturdays

Ability to work 60-70 hours per week during peak season
